Purchasers may request a full refund for the cost of the sale at anytime within 30 days of the purchase. All request will be accepted and approved. If a request for refund is submitted, Please allow 5-10 business for this to reflect on your bank statement.

Cancellation Policy

Our service is on a pay as you go basis. There is no commitment required to continue the service and therefore subscribers may cancel at anytime they wish. There is no fee to cancel your subscription.

To Cancel Your Subscription: Visit our home page and select “memberships” and the first option (0 TV - Subscription). We will immediately be notified that you wish to cancel and no further charges will be incurred to the customer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping takes place on Wednesday and Saturday. We provide 3 day priority mail shipping via USPS. Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation of items being shipped as well as a tracking number. Please allow several hours for tracking information to update in the postal system.
